Pricing and Space Use

We generally charge a flat fee for the space. WE DO NOT TAKE A COMMISSION ON YOUR SALES. Because there are variables for the use of the space – for example, length of stay, day(s) of the week – payment arrangements are made individually.
In general, however, the cost is $475 for the exclusive use of the space from 9 am on Friday through 8 pm on Sunday, giving guests the benefit of the full weekend. 
One to 4 guests may decide to share the space.  We also can rent on weekdays at $75 a day.
